Up-and-Coming: New CPP at
Bokor Field for Offshore Sarawak

Central Processing Platform (CPP)

for Bokor Phase 3 Re-development project is now moving progressively ahead of time and underway for fabrication at Malaysia Marine and Heavy Engineering West Yard, Pasir Gudang, Johor. Awarded by PETRONAS Carigali Sdn Bhd on 12 April 2017, the first steel cut for the fabrication of CPP’s topside and substructure for Bokor Phase 3 Re-development Project took place on 4 June 2018 where it was tentatively to be held on 13 September 2018.

​Without compromising quality, health, safety and environment (QHSE) and always putting these four elements as priority, the first steel cut ceremony witnessed the launching of QHSE campaigns namely Hand and Finger Injury Prevention Campaign and Quality Smooth Start-up Program.

The project is estimated to be completed and installed in Sarawak coastal waters in 2020.
