MHB Continuously Promotes Healthy Lifestyle

Healthy and fit employees are better at handling tasks, staying focused, thus some small changes to their wellbeing can lead to drastic improvements in their performance. As employees spend an average of 8 hours at the workplace, thus it is vital for the companies to take this chance to enhance workers’ productivity by providing them the fitness support that they need.

MHB, taking leap steps in achieving healthier workplace, has initiated Fit MMHE which provides sports activities for MHB staff to sustain a healthy work life balance. This aims at providing busy employees and executives opportunities to improve their health without sacrificing their free (or family) time. Earlier this year, Fat to Fab, MHB’s first weight loss competition under the Fit MMHE umbrella has been launched in March. Competing employees were provided with weekly training and workout session as well as diet and health information.

This pinpoints MHB’s effort to support and enhance employees’ wellbeing and productivity as well as achieve healthier and sustainable workplace.
