In commitment to assuring the welfare of its people, the Company also agreed to CA enhancements in the employment benefits package, which includes higher maternity leave and expenses claims, more paternity leave days, and expanded duration and scope of pilgrimage leaves.
Since its inception 40 years ago, the MMHE Employees’ Union stood strong representing more than 300 employees and has continued striving to protect fellow workers’ economic status and working conditions and to resolve current workplace issues by being a voice for the employees. Thanking the Union for their diligence and dedication, Encik Pandai also expressed his hopes that they continue to closely work hand-in-hand with the Management, to further ensure a harmonious working environment and work together to fulfill the MMHE’s business aspirations.
