Towards Achieving Generative HSE Culture: MHB Promotes Individual and Team Excellence

A workforce of more than 1,000 people which include MHB employees and subcontractors attended the Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Talk for the Heavy Engineering Operations unit.

The Mass HSE Talk is to showcase MHB’s Management leadership and commitments towards Generative HSE Culture. It is also to boost employees’ motivation, as well as to build up their performance and consistency in complying with the safety rules and requirements.

MHB constantly puts safety as utmost priority, continuously inculcate safety excellence towards the journey to build a strong generative HSE culture – which is based on the belief that HSE is every single person’s responsibility.
