MHB Welcomes Delegates from PETRONAS & MOL for Collaboration Opportunities in Carbon Capture, Utilisation and Storage Solutions
Malaysia Marine and Heavy Engineering Holdings Berhad (MHB) recently hosted a group of delegates from PETRONAS Carbon Management Division (CMD) and Mitsui O.S.K. Lines (MOL) at MMHE West Yard, Pasir Gudang, Johor on 27 and 28 July 2022.
Amongst the delegates were Emry Hisham Yusoff, PETRONAS Head of Carbon Management and Yuji Aibara, MOL General Manager. The purpose of the visit was to enable information and knowledge sharing on current Carbon Capture, Utilisation and Storage (CCUS) initiatives and allow MHB to explore other potential areas in the CCUS value chain in Malaysia beyond the Kawasari Phase 2 FEED.
MHB is honoured to be given the opportunity to showcase its capabilities and ready to be a part of the CCUS initiative to materialise the Net Zero Carbon Emissions aspiration by 2050.
