14 December 2022MHB plants 500 mangrove trees supporting global decarbonisation effort
MHB recently planted 500 mangrove tree saplings along Bagan River at the Banjar Utara Forest Reserve located at Kampung Bagan Pasir, Tanjung Karang, Selangor. Collaborating with the Selangor State Forestry Department, this effort contributes to national’s agenda under the Greening Malaysia Programme to plant 100 million trees.
As part of MHB’s sustainability framework and echoing global decarbonisation effort to address climate change and improve the quality of life, more than 35 volunteers from MHB and client representatives participated in this ‘Mangrove Planting with MHB’ programme.
