MHB is now launching a new standard tender document for subcontracting services. The tender document shall comprise the following:

These documents shall be referred to extensively from tendering stage up to contract closure stage. Due to this, they will be the basis for solicitation of proposal from Vendors. And upon acceptance from both parties, the same documents, with or without amendments, will be the basis of the eventual Contract Purchase Order.

Vendors who are invited to participate in MHB tenders for supply of goods and materials will be directed to this web page to extract the relevant documents for the purpose of preparing their proposals.

Therefore, registered Vendors in general are invited to study these documents in advance to enable them to understand MHB operating procedure and processes. By this, it is MHB’s intent that both parties can help build commendable performances from both entities.

Subcontractors are required to fully examine and understand MMHE Policy, MMHE Risk Register and HSE Minimum requirements when participating in MMHE tender.
