Malaysia Marine and Heavy Engineering Holdings Berhad (MHB) marked another milestone in our mission to catalyse industrial and learning experience in energy, oil & gas and marine industries.
We are proud to announce that we have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka (UTeM) to collaborate on Work-Based Learning (WBL) programme. The ceremony to commemorate this was held on 6 October 2022 at the AMES Hotel, Melaka. MHB was represented by Encik Badrol-Izam Baharom, Senior General Manager, Human Resource, while UTeM was represented by Vice Chancellor, Prof. Ts. Dr. Massila Kamalrudin. The exchange of MoU was witnessed by Tuan Yang Di-Pertua Negeri Melaka, Tun Seri Setia (Dr) Haji Mohd Ali Mohd Rustam.
On a separate event, MHB participated as exhibitor at the Faculty of Ocean Engineering Technology and Informatics (FTKKI) Industry Day 2022, organised by Universiti Malaysia Terengganu (UMT) on 4 October 2022.
Earlier in June this year, we have signed a strategic collaboration with Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM) on the same WBL initiative. Through these efforts, MHB continues to pursue the search for future bright talents to meet higher level skills needs through engagement and collaboration with higher education institutions towards better industry development.
