MMHE Centre of Excellence (COE) is a comprehensive learning facility dedicated for the oil & gas and marine industries.

COE offers a comprehensive range of training, including Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) approved training for Authorised Entrant and Standby Person (AESP), Authorised Entrant and Standby Person – Refresher (AESP-R), Authorized Gas Tester and Entrant Supervisor (AGTES), Authorized Gas Tester and Entrant Supervisor – Refresher (AGTES-R) and Basic Scaffolding.

Established in 2015, this facility provides industrial training and competency development programmes in a safe and controlled environment. It is one of the most comprehensive and largest training facilities in Malaysia dedicated to the Energy and Marine industries.

Equipped with ample classrooms and various technical workshops, the learning process that takes place provides real and hands-on-work practice for the trainees to experience.
